THE TRIP is a virtual reality immersive spinning class in Dubai. 40 minutes of vigorous exercise that combines a multi-peak indoor cycling workout with a journey through digitally-created worlds. Our enormous 30 meter wide cinema-scale screen and sound system will take your motivation and energy output to the next level, burning some serious calories along the way.

Just Getting Started?
You don’t need to be a cyclist, but some level of fitness for THE TRIP spinning classes is a must, given its intensity and speed. You may choose to tone it down in your first few sessions and test the waters. If you find it challenging, just slow down, reduce the load of the spin bike or sit up and rest. We recommend two spinning workouts a week as part of a balanced training plan.
The 40 minutes you put into your spinning class increases the EPOC (Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption) levels in your body causing you to burn more calories. You combine bursts of intensity, where you work as hard as possible, with brief periods of rest. And what’s your reward? You smash your fitness goals, faster.
