Swing Yoga is a hybrid exercise form. It mixes the time honored system of yoga and the more progressive system of Aerial exercise. Swing Yoga makes use of a silk hammock, suspended over the yoga mat. It adds an interesting challenge in completing complex asanas.

Swing yoga is as much about focus, as it is about exercise. The silk hammock acts as a balance point, which makes the exerciser feel more secure.
