WHAT TO EXPECT

BodyPump classes follow a weight-room schedule which is designed to build strength and sculpt your muscles. A gentle warm-up is followed by rhythmic exercise targeting select muscle groups. Exercises like squats, lifts, and curls give your entire body a complete workout. More repetitions with lighter weights will provide for maximum fatigue, expediting results.
