WHAT IS THE WORKSHOP ABOUT?
Join us in our hour long workshop that includes basic stretches, energizing movements, breath-work and guided meditation.
The purpose of this workshop is to give you a deep experience of peace and tranquillity and also to provide you the tools to maintain a calm and composed mind in everyday life.
