Nowadays, being a teenager is hard. School stress, extra-curricular classes, and university applications take up almost all of our time. Not only this but as a teen, if you are unbalanced, it’s evident that you’d have a hard time in high school. It’s essential to have a set routine where you have time to study, relax, and work out.

I am almost 17 years old, and I’m going to be entering The International Baccalaureate soon. Knowing that studies are going to be taking up heaps of my time, I turned for my fitness to GFX. The studio is close by and extremely accessible. The classes also keep a time of 45 minutes to an hour while being extremely useful so I don’t waste any parts of my day. I take a class twice a week, and it helps me stay fit and makes me feel healthier. Some of my favorite classes to attend are Zumba, THE TRIP Spin Class, and Pilates. Each of those classes works different parts of my body out and deliver fast results. GFX has a free app that makes it super easy to book, and I can pay per class as GFX has no contracts. One thing that keeps me motivated is to create a schedule, knowing that I’ll be able to get work done, stay fit, and have free time.

Summer is going to be coming up soon, and to all students reading this, I’d like to congratulate you for crushing another year and pushing yourself. Well done.
